Placing your order is simple. Slide through our product menu and add the items you like to order to your cart. Proceed to checkout, add your shipping details and your prefered payment method. As soon as you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Your ordered items will be shipped as soon as possible.

In case you want to order items to receive upon a fixed date please let us know approx. three weeks ahead.

Usually your order is shipped the following week (mondays or tuesdays) after having received your payment.

We only ship at the beginning of the week to avoid that packages are stuck at shipping warehouses over the weekend.

If your order contains strains that are temporarily out of stock, your order will be shipped latest 15 days past payment reception.

As soon as we handed your package to the shipping contractor you will receive the tracking information by e-mail.

Your privacy is important to us.

Therefore your package will be delivered in neutral packaging. It is not noticeable what the package contains nor whose the shipper.

This way we make sure that your privacy is respected and that the delivery is successful.
